AJism #116

WARNING: The following AJism probably won't be humorous unless you've seen the movie A Knight's Tale.  If you have seen the movie, you may remember when Jocelyn says "...and you're just a silly boy with a stick" and Geoffrey Chaucer says "Hellooo...it's called a lance."

Tonight Mom and I went to O'Neill with the boys.  On the way there, AJ was playing with a small zebra that I got for him shortly after we visited the State Fair in August.

Mom: Where's your giraffe, AJ?
AJ looks at her puzzled.
Mom: Do you have your giraffe?
AJ looks at her like she's a total idiot.
AJ: Ummm...it's a zebra.   (Except AJ said this with the exact same intonation that Chaucer used in A Knight's Tale)

It turns out that my son has already learned how to use sarcasm appropriately.
